Initial enquiry only
Submitting an online consignment enquiry does not establish a consignment agreement, transfer possession of a vehicle or create any binding obligation. We assess each vehicle and proposed arrangement individually.
Separate written agreement
The agreement must identify the parties, seller and legal role, vehicle, condition, ownership, proposed price, fees/commission, marketing, storage, insurance, test drives, risk allocation, termination and payment settlement. No guaranteed sales price or time is promised.
Customer data and vehicle images will only be processed and published on an appropriate lawful basis; public sold-vehicle references will not include personal buyer details without a specific legal basis.
