Vehicle listings are based on available information and are subject to confirmation of availability, specifications, condition and price. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve or order a vehicle and does not automatically conclude a sales contract.
Information on this website cannot exclude or reduce mandatory statutory consumer remedies. Any actual sale will be governed by its individual contract and applicable law.
Prices, finance and warranty
Advertised consumer prices should be the actual gross asking prices. Fees and costs of registration and ownership transfer must be clarified before contracting.
Financing enquiries are preliminary; binding credit or leasing terms can only be offered by appropriately authorised parties. A financing intermediary may operate only with the necessary legal/contractual authorisation. Manufacturer programmes, including Toyota Relax where applicable, are subject to the verified manufacturer terms for the specific vehicle.
Second-hand goods and withdrawal
Statutory remedies for defective performance apply where a business sells to a consumer. For second-hand goods, the applicable limitation period may be reduced by a lawful individual agreement but not below one year. Mandatory guarantees applicable to specified new goods are not automatically applicable to second-hand vehicles.
An ordinary in-person vehicle purchase does not automatically carry a 14-day cooling-off right. The position is different if a qualifying distance contract is actually concluded; the website does not currently provide online contract conclusion.
