This notice covers visitors and people making vehicle enquiries, part-exchange, financing or consignment enquiries. Separate notices may apply to an actual transaction, finance application, accounting or consignment agreement.
Data, purposes and legal bases
We process the name, email address, optionally telephone number, message, vehicle details, and necessary follow-up communications to respond to enquiries or take steps requested before a potential contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). For general business enquiries, we may rely on legitimate interests in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use these enquiries as automatic marketing subscriptions.
Basic name, email and message details are necessary to respond. Please do not send identity document copies, bank statements, health data, or sensitive personal data through the public form.
Technology and recipients
Cloudflare Pages/Workers and Turnstile host and protect the forms. Resend forwards enquiry content to info@atexpro2025.com, which is managed in Google Workspace. Public vehicle inventory and photographs, and separate administrator authentication, use Supabase. A third-party JavaScript resource distributor (esm.sh) may see necessary technical request data. No dedicated customer enquiry table is currently maintained in Supabase.
Technical security logs may include IP address and browser/request information.
International transfers
Service providers may process information outside the EEA. Resend states that email content and logs are stored in the United States; selecting an EU sending region does not mean EU storage. Resend and other processors provide contractual data protection terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant. Contact the controller for details of applicable safeguards.
Retention
For enquiries that do not result in a contract, ATEXPRO intends to delete or anonymise messages within 12 months of the last substantive communication; this requires an operational mailbox deletion routine before final publication. Resend publicly states a 30-day email/log retention period on Free, Pro and Scale plans. Separate statutory periods apply for transactions and consumer complaint records; complaints and responses must be retained for five years.
Cookies, rights and remedies
The current website does not contain known analytics or advertising pixels. Security tools and administrator authentication may use necessary browser storage. See the Cookie Notice. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. Contact info@atexpro2025.com; a reply is generally due within one month.
You may complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, Hungary; naih.hu, or seek a judicial remedy. No solely automated decision-making is carried out by the present website.
